Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Place the eyewear, original case, cleaning cloth, and all documentation back into the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the provided return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand the package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized collection point.
